2015/2016 Students for both High School and College Internship Program

GET HIP (Gallup’s Education Task – High School Innovation Program) is for incoming high school freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors who are interested in technology innovation and want to learn more about it.  The program focuses on software development skills, exposing you to concepts in object-oriented programming. web development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.  The best part is…NO PRIOR TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!

The current GET HIP program is taking place on the Gallup Riverfront Campus in downtown Omaha and runs for six Saturdays in the Fall of 2016 (9/24 – 11/5/2016) , six Saturday’s in the Spring of 2017 (1/28 – 3/4/2017) and a Winter project that takes place in between. All Saturday sessions run from 9am to 1pm on the Riverfront in Omaha and are conducted at no charge to the students. All students will compete for the opportunity to attend a six-week paid summer internship at Gallup the following summer.  This is an incredible opportunity for you to gain valuable experience in the IT field and to network with others who share your passion for technology.
